OopsPaid

Terms of use

Effective 1 August 2026 · Updated 1 October 2026

These terms apply when you use OopsPaid, an expense tracker made by Shreyash Digitals ("we"). By using the app you agree to them.

What OopsPaid is

OopsPaid helps you record and understand your own spending. It is a record-keeping tool. It doesn't make payments, move money or connect to your bank or UPI apps.

Not financial advice

Summaries, budgets and insights are calculated from the expenses you enter. They are information, not financial, tax or investment advice. For decisions about your money, talk to a qualified professional.

Check scanned details

Reading a screenshot can go wrong: an amount, date or merchant may be misread. OopsPaid always shows you what it found before anything is saved. Please check the details before you confirm. You're responsible for the accuracy of the expenses you save.

Your data

Your data is stored on your phone (see the Privacy policy). You're responsible for your phone and for any exports you make. If the app is uninstalled or the phone is lost or reset, the data may be lost unless you have a backup; use Settings › Google Drive backup, Back up or Export data to keep your own copy.

OopsPaid Premium

Premium is optional. Everything that is free in the app stays free. Premium is sold through Google Play as a monthly or yearly subscription, or, while the launch offer lasts, as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price is shown before you buy.

If we ever stop offering a Premium feature, we'll tell you in the app.

Acceptable use

Use OopsPaid only for lawful purposes and only with information you're allowed to use. Don't try to copy, reverse-engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows it.

The app is provided as is

We work to keep OopsPaid accurate and reliable, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited.

Changes and ending

We may update the app and these terms. If the terms change in an important way, the app will tell you. You can stop using OopsPaid at any time by uninstalling it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Gandhidham, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
